STEINHOF ZK-2 is a tow ball adapter for American-style receiver hitches. The drop shank slides into the square receiver of your pick-up or SUV and carries a bolted-on European 50 mm tow ball, so you can tow standard European trailers and caravans.

  • Type: drop shank – lowers the ball by 34.5 mm below the hitch-pin hole
  • Tow ball: 50 mm (ISO 50), bolted, with rubber cap
  • D-value: 16.5 kN
  • Max. towing weight: 3500 kg
  • Max. vertical load: 140 kg
  • Supplied with: hitch pin and clip, tow ball cap

Need the ball higher? The ZK-1 has the ball almost level with the hitch-pin hole (3.5 mm).

Please note: not suitable for towbar-mounted bike carriers. Always check the receiver size and the towing limits of your vehicle – the lowest rating applies.
