RULES FOR THE SALE OF GOODS IN THE ONLINE STORE
By purchasing products and using this website, you accept the following Sales Policies and all transactions with the company

§1 Main features of the service and its subject
1. The subject of the service provided by the seller - the entrepreneur indicated in §2, carried out by the "Yogi24 Limited" Online Store, are items marked by type - goods presented on the store's website at www.yogi24.co.uk, www.roof-bars.com, in relation to which a sales contract is concluded remotely via store pages. The seller does not offer for sale digital content.
2. The type designation of the goods ordered by the Customer is in the order confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
3. The subject of the service provided by the seller - the entrepreneur indicated in §2 is the transfer to the buyer of the sold item free from defects, and the subject of the Customer's service is the obligation to pay the price plus cost of delivery and other fees if they are included in the order
4. The words "Seller", "we" or "us / our" always refer to the entrepreneur indicated in §2. The word "customer" or "Buyer" always refers to the person or persons who buy the goods (s) from the Seller or agree to buy the goods.
5. Any reference to a website means a reference to all URLs that are the property of the seller.
6. The main features of the benefit are:
a) the benefit is directed to the Customer who, in accordance with these Regulations, started purchasing goods via the website www.yogi24.co.uk
b) the service is provided by concluding a distance purchase contract,
c) parties to the purchase contract under which the service is provided are the entrepreneur designated in §2 and the Customer who placed the order via the website www.yogi24.co.uk
d) the benefit relates to the purchase of goods chosen by the Customer from the goods presented on the website www.yogi24.co.uk
e) the performance is reciprocal, i.e. the buyer is obliged to pay the price and the seller is obliged to deliver the goods, according to the customer's address provided
f) the service is provided based on information about the goods placed on the website http://www.yogi24.co.uk/, in particular descriptions, technical and functional parameters as well as prices, which constitute an invitation to conclude a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the company operating an online store within the meaning of the Civil Code in accordance with these Regulations.
g) the benefit under one contract is one-off,
h) the benefit is self-contained (the purchase of a given good is not dependent on the person of the buyer).
i) the service is based on an order placed in an online store. In order to purchase goods in the Online Store, the Customer places an Order by following the messages or information displayed when placing the Order.
7. Way of communicating with the consumer:
a) The customer is willing to buy the goods presented in the online store by placing an order, contacts the seller via the website by completing the form on the website with the data necessary to complete the order and by following the messages and information displayed when placing the Order.
b) After placing the order, the Customer receives emails, including is notified about the registration of the placed Order and its individual number being assigned to it by the IT system, further steps regarding the Order and the ability to view the status of the Order. All relevant elements of the Order selected by the customer in the ordering process will be confirmed in the Emails.
c) The customer may contact the seller by e-mail to the address provided on the website in the contact details or in the case of questions related to unit goods - by asking a question for the goods from the option available on the product card.
d) The customer may contact the seller by phone to the phone numbers provided in the contact details during the opening hours of the store, however, the possibility of placing orders in the online store by phone is excluded.
8. Other relevant information regarding the provision of the benefit:
a) The delivery of ordered goods takes place after payment of their price in a manner chosen by the Customer from among the payment methods presented on the website www.yogi24.co.uk
b) The order will be processed if the goods ordered by the Customer will be available in the company's warehouse or from its suppliers. The customer will be immediately informed to the e-mail address provided that the Order has been canceled due to the lack of goods in the company's warehouse
d) Consolidation, security, disclosure and confirmation of significant provisions of the Sales Agreement to the Customer are made by providing the Customer with a receipt or invoice along with the delivery of goods and in the content of correspondence related to the order sent to the e-mail address.
e) Along with the delivery of the goods, the customer receives warranty conditions provided that the producer of the goods provides warranty for the goods.
f) The information contained in these regulations are made available to the Customer at www.yogi24.co.uk with the possibility of printing.
§2 Identification of the entrepreneur
1. The "Yogi24" Online Store at www.yogi24.co.uk is run by the company "Yogi24 Limited" registered in Companies house
2. The address indicated in point 1 is the right address for making complaints about goods purchased in the online store.
3. The area of the Store's activity is United Kingdom
all other countries only after prior agreement with the seller
§3 Price
1. The prices of goods are given in GBP. They contain all of its components, including VAT, without customs and other taxes or fees
2. The customer pays the price for the goods: with cash or by internet transfer, at the latest at the time 24h before of sending of the ordered goods.
The seller is not responsible for any additional country customs costs than UK
3. The customer chooses the payment method by completing the order form.
4. If you choose the transfer option, the customer chooses the payment method by completing the order form.
5. Transactions with payment cards, e-transfers, cash or Paypal
6. If the card issuer refuses to authorize the payment to the seller, the seller cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or non-delivery. Orders without confirmation of payment on behalf of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.
7. Payment deadline for ordered goods - up to 2 calendar days from the date of order.
1. Unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, the Order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after the Online Store confirms all relevant elements of the Order. Usually the delivery time is 2-3 working days, (this is the expected date but not guaranteed)
The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the day of placing the order. All goods are delivered subject to availability. If the seller is unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, the customer is notified immediately and is informed of the expected delivery date.
2. If the seller is unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, the customer may cancel the order for undelivered products - when a delay in delivery has been reported. If the payment has already been made, the customer will receive a full refund for the item or items to which the canceled order related.
3. The ordered goods can be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the UK
4. Delivery can be made via RoyalMail Group or other courier service.
5. The customer chooses the delivery method by completing the order form.
6. The ordered goods are delivered to the address indicated in the order, or courier's warehouse if the customer is not at home
7. The amount of delivery costs is determined depending on the Customer's choice of method and place of delivery of the ordered goods. Information on the amount of delivery costs is displayed in the step regarding the choice of delivery method.
8. The Seller offers various forms of delivery on the website, including forms that do not generate additional costs for the Customer.
9. If the Customer chooses a form of delivery that causes an additional cost, the Customer is informed about its amount at the next stage of the purchasing path before the final order is placed.
10. In the event that the addition of the products described in the notes to the order exceeds subsequent weight ranges, the delivery costs will be calculated in accordance with the transport service price list.
11. In the case of larger orders, the company reserves the right to implement them in separate batches.
1. The customer may withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer or a third party indicated by him, provided that a written statement of withdrawal from the contract is sent within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
2. The statement of withdrawal from the contract must be sent by the customer electronically in the form of a completed form downloaded from the website or a statement
3. If the Customer sends a statement of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall refund the Customer the payments made by the customer after receiving the returned goods or after receiving credible proof which undeniably indicates that it has been returned.
4. The customer is obliged to bear only the direct costs of returning the goods.
5. If the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the seller, the seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the customer.
6. The customer is obliged to return the goods immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which he withdrew from the contract.
7. Returned goods may not be used or bear any signs indicating that they have been used more than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The return of the goods should take place unchanged, i.e. the goods should not be copied or damaged in any way (this also applies to permanent and irreparable damage or damage to the original packaging of the product!). Goods should be returned with complete equipment and accessories, documents issued on its sale and have original labels. Goods should be returned in their original packaging.
8. The customer is responsible for reducing the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
9. Due to the fact that the carrier is selected by the Customer, the risk of loss or damage of the parcel with the goods from the moment it is delivered to the carrier passes to the Customer.
10. Acknowledgment of receipt of the package by the customer is tantamount to confirmation that at the time of receipt, the package did not show any signs of mechanical damage.
11. The goods should be returned to the address given in the waybill together with the documents: proof of purchase and waybill.
12. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of, inter alia: (a) audio and visual recordings and computer programs saved on the media after the removal of the original packaging by the customer, (b) services with properties specified by the customer in the order or closely related to his person, (c) benefits which due to their nature cannot be returned or whose subject is subject to rapid deterioration, d) benefits whose subject are items delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or for hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened.
13. The section above lists the cases that may occur with the online store www.yogi24.co.uk. A detailed list of cases in which you are not entitled to withdraw from the contract is contained in the Consumer Rights Act. The company does not accept parcels sent by customers on delivery.
a) taking actions at the client's request to conclude a contract for the sale of goods offered by the Company
b) implementation of the contract with the company regarding returns and complaints
c) marketing and promotion of products offered by the Company
d) internal analytical purposes of the Company
1. By placing an Order, the Customer accepts the Regulations in the wording from the date of placing the Order and agrees to receive commercial information within the meaning of the Act on the provision of electronic services.
2. Promotional prices of goods are valid while stocks last or until part or all are canceled.
3. All information regarding product specifications is derived from materials published by manufacturers.
4. All trademarks and names have been used solely to present the products and are the property of the manufacturer.
5. The online store does not rent the offered goods for testing and for this reason the customer cannot withdraw from the purchase contract.
6. The Customer may read the Code of Good Practices in the Act on counteracting unfair market practices
7. Customers using online store services are prohibited from providing illegal content. Orders containing such content will not be processed.
8. The Customer placing the order hereby declares that he has read the above Regulations, fully understands it and accepts its content. Please direct all questions and concerns to: office@yogi24.co.uk
9. After sending the purchased goods, the Store as part of the implementation of the contract with the Buyer is obliged to send the Buyer an e-mail invitation to complete the survey to examine his opinion on the transaction. The buyer is entitled, but not obliged to complete it.
10. In matters not regulated by the above Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable legal provisions shall apply.
